Payroll software that gets Kuwait right

Run every company’s payroll from one place. Allowances, deductions, PIFSS social security, leave salary, end-of-service indemnity and air tickets are calculated for you, then the bank files, the accounting journal and the payslips follow in a few clicks.

  • PIFSS ready
  • Indemnity and leave salary
  • Bank salary files
  • KWD, AED, SAR

What it does

From the monthly run to the final settlement, with every figure explained and every change recorded.

Monthly payroll runs

Calculate each company’s payroll, review it against last month, approve it and close the month. Off-cycle payments run separately.

Allowances and deductions

Fixed and percentage allowances, deductions, salary grades and ranges, mass allowances and raises for many employees at once, and retroactive pay.

PIFSS social security

Employee and employer social security contributions are calculated on every payroll run.

Leave salary and indemnity

Leave advances and their recovery, end-of-service indemnity by Kuwait labour law, and final settlements when someone leaves.

Air tickets and provisions

Air tickets and other entitlements accrue every month by policy, so the liability is always known.

Loans and garnishments

Employee loans with instalments, guarantors and a company ceiling, salary advances and court garnishments, deducted on schedule.

Attendance to salary

Overtime, absences and timesheets flow from attendance into the payroll, with caps and lieu days by policy.

Bank files, journal and payslips

Salary transfer files in each bank’s layout, split payments, the accounting journal, and payslips by email and in the mobile app.

Controls and audit

Approvals before posting, permissions per company, and a full audit trail of every change to every figure.

Made for payroll in Kuwait and the GCC

Payroll is where generic software fails first. These rules are built in, not added later.

  • PIFSS — social security contributions for Kuwaiti employees, calculated on every run.
  • End-of-service indemnity — by Kuwait labour law, with advances against it and the final settlement.
  • Three-decimal currency — KWD amounts to the fils, and branches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia in AED and SAR.
  • Arabic payslips — every employee gets the payslip in their own language.
  • Move from MenaPay — we import your employees, opening balances and payroll history, then compare the results month by month.

Questions people ask

Does it calculate PIFSS social security?

Yes. Employee and employer contributions are calculated on every payroll run and shown on the payslip and in the reports.

Does it calculate end-of-service indemnity by Kuwait law?

Yes. Indemnity accrues by Kuwait labour law, advances can be paid against it, and the final settlement calculates what is due when someone leaves.

Can it produce our bank’s salary file?

Yes. Salary transfer files are produced in each bank’s own layout, and a salary can be split between accounts.

Can we run several companies and currencies?

Yes. Each company runs its own payroll, and branches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are paid in their own currency.

Can we move from MenaPay or another payroll system?

Yes. We import your employees, opening balances and payroll history, and compare each month’s results with your old system before you switch.

Do employees get their payslips on their phone?

Yes. Payslips are sent by email and appear in the Macrosbit HR app, in Arabic or English.
