A team that builds for the long term.
Macrosbit is a software and digital services company in Salmiya, Kuwait. We judge our work by whether the systems we build are still running well years later.
Big systems, built from small bits.
Look at our logo. The a, o and b each hold a coloured bit inside a round socket, and the dot of the i is the fourth. Every system we build works the same way: many small, careful decisions that add up to something large and dependable.

What we hold to
Compliance by design
Labour-law rules live inside our HR and payroll software, not in spreadsheets beside it.
Bilingual for real
Every screen, report and email works fully in Arabic and English, for every user.
Your data stays yours
PeopleBit and DocuBit can run on your own servers, so sensitive data never leaves your company.
One team, start to finish
The people who design your system are the same people who support it.
From first call to go-live.
Every project, product or custom build, moves through the same four steps.
- Step 1
Discover
We learn how your team works today.
- Step 2
Design
We shape the system around it.
- Step 3
Deliver
We move your data and go live.
- Step 4
Support
We stay to keep improving it.
