The challenge

Albumii sells personalised photobooks, photo prints, wall art and table decor. Its WhatsApp broadcasts were held back by the limits a regular number has without the API.

What we did

Since 2023, Macrosbit has run Albumii’s WhatsApp on the official WhatsApp Business API, which solved the broadcast limits, and Albumii now runs it on Chatbit. We also helped Albumii verify its business with Meta and get the blue tick, so customers can see the messages come from the real company.

The result

From 2023 to October 2026, Albumii’s return on investment from WhatsApp increased by 250%.
