Macrosbit is business software for companies in Kuwait and the GCC: HR and payroll, ChatBit (WhatsApp, Instagram, email and SMS in one inbox), and Growth (SEO and AI-visibility reports for your website). Your team signs in at your company’s Macrosbit address, such as portal.macrosbit.com.

Why Macrosbit asks for access to your Google account
Connecting Google is optional. A person connects their own Google account, from inside Macrosbit, only for the feature they want to use. Google shows its permission screen first, and only the access listed below for that feature is requested.

How we treat your Google data
- We use it only to show you the feature you connected it for. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- Macrosbit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- The access Google gives is stored encrypted. Data read from Google stays on your company’s Macrosbit server and is shown only to the people your company allows.
- Disconnect at any time inside Macrosbit, or remove Macrosbit on your Google Account permissions page.
How to connect
- Sign in to your company’s Macrosbit.
- Open the feature, for example Growth → Settings → Sites → your site → Google, and press Connect Google.
- Choose your Google account and review the access Google lists.
- Press Continue. You return to Macrosbit, and the feature shows your data.
