Payroll, calculated to the fils.
Payroll runs inside PeopleBit. Calculate each company, compare it with last month, approve it and close the month.
- PIFSS employee and employer contributions on every run
- Leave salary, end-of-service indemnity and final settlements under Kuwait labour law
- Bank salary files in each bank’s own layout, with split payments
- Air tickets, loans, salary advances and court garnishments
- The accounting journal, and payslips by email and in the app
Moving from another system
Employees, leave balances and payroll history come across from your current HR or payroll system, MenaPay included, or from Excel. We compare each month’s results with the old system before you switch.
Several companies, one system
Run several companies and branches together. Branches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are paid in their own currency, and each role sees only the part of the organisation it manages.
Questions people ask
Is PeopleBit available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, report, payslip and the mobile app work in Arabic and English, and each user chooses their language.
Does it follow Kuwait labour law?
Yes. Leave entitlements, end-of-service indemnity and PIFSS social security are calculated under Kuwait’s rules.
Does it calculate PIFSS?
Yes, for both employee and employer contributions, on every payroll run. They appear on payslips and in reports.
Can it produce our bank’s salary file?
Yes. Salary transfer files are produced in each bank’s own layout, and salaries can be split between accounts.
Can we run several companies and currencies?
Yes. Each company has its own payroll, and branches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are paid in AED and SAR.
Where is our data kept?
On your own server, so employee data stays inside your company, or on Macrosbit hosting if you prefer.
Is PeopleBit the same as Macrosbit HR?
Yes. Macrosbit HR was renamed PeopleBit in 2026. The product, its HR and payroll features and your data are the same.
